Šta pregledi otkrivaju

Sistematski pregled iz 2025. godine o efikasnosti Nutri-Score [1] i pregled uticaja označavanja na prednjoj strani pakovanja [4] se poklapaju: oznake pomjeraju kupovinu u željenom pravcu, a pomjeranje je malo. Rad na validaciji kriterija [2] se bavi drugačijim i prethodnim pitanjem — da li algoritam rangira hranu onako kako bi to uradila nutricionistička nauka — i odgovor je uglavnom da, uz poznate izuzetke.

Dijetalni indeksi koji leže u osnovi ovih sistema su takođe ispitivani [3], što je važno jer profilirajući algoritam kodira spornja prosudbe o tome koje hranljive sastojke treba vrednovati.

Poznati izuzeci

Kritičari ukazuju na to da maslinovo ulje, orašasti plodovi i sir imaju lošije rezultate nego što intuicija sugeriše, i na to da neki dijetni napici imaju dobre rezultate. Neki od ovih kritika su opravdani, a neki pogrešno shvataju dizajn: Nutri-Score upoređuje unutar kategorija na osnovu per-100 g i nije presuda o tome da li hrana pripada zdravoj ishrani.

Nedavne revizije algoritma su se bavile nekoliko ovih slučajeva. Dublja poenta ostaje: jedna slova ne mogu kodirati sve o hrani, a tretiranje kao da mogu je zloupotreba, a ne greška.

Šta pravno znači zdravstvena tvrdnja

U EU, nutritivne i zdravstvene tvrdnje su regulisane: samo autorizovane tvrdnje sa prihvaćenim dokazima mogu se pojaviti, a svaka je vezana za specifične uslove korištenja. "Doprinosi normalnoj funkciji imunološkog sistema" je licencirana fraza sa definisanim osnovama, a ne marketinški tekst.

Ono što nije regulisano je sve što je oko toga — slike, jezik porekla i termini poput "prirodno" ili "zdrav". Regulisana tvrdnja je često najmanje obmanjujuća izjava na pakovanju.

Da li je Nutri-Score tačan?
Rad na validaciji pokazuje da rangira hranu uglavnom u skladu sa nutritivnom kvalitetom [2], uz izuzetke i revizije.
Zašto maslinovo ulje loše prolazi?
Ono je energetski gusto i rangira se po 100 g. Sistem upoređuje unutar kategorija umjesto da proglašava hranu dobrom ili lošom.
Da li oznake mijenjaju ponašanje?
Skromno [1][4]. Reformulacija može biti veći efekat.
Treba li Nutri-Score biti obavezan u EU?
Političko pitanje. Dokazi podržavaju "pomalo pomaže i ne šteti", što je slabiji slučaj od onoga što svaka strana tvrdi.
