Valóban megváltoztatja a Nutri-Score, hogy mit vásárolnak az emberek?
Valamennyire. A nagyobb hatás valószínűleg a gyártók reformulációjában rejlik, hogy jobb pontszámot érjenek el, ami általában nem a vita tárgya.
Mit találnak az áttekintések
A Nutri-Score hatékonyságáról szóló 2025-ös rendszerszintű áttekintés [1] és a csomagoláson elhelyezett címkézés hatásáról szóló áttekintés [4] egybeesik: a címkék a kívánt irányba terelik a vásárlást, és a változás kicsi. A kritérium-érvényesítési munka [2] egy másik, korábbi kérdést érint — hogy az algoritmus a táplálkozástudomány szerint rangsorolja-e az ételeket — és a válasz nagyrészt igen, ismert határesetekkel.
A rendszerek mögött álló étrendi indexeket is megvizsgálták [3], ami fontos, mert a profilozó algoritmus vitatható ítéleteket kódol arról, hogy mely tápanyagokat kell súlyozni.
A csomagoláson elhelyezett címkézés hatásai
Az ismert határesetek
A kritikusok arra mutatnak rá, hogy az olívaolaj, a diófélék és a sajt rosszabb pontszámot kap, mint amit az intuíció sugall, és néhány diétás ital jól szerepel. Ebből egyesek jogosak, mások pedig félreértik a tervezést: a Nutri-Score kategóriákon belül, 100 g-ra vetítve hasonlít össze, és nem ítélet arról, hogy egy étel egészséges étrendbe illik-e.
A közelmúlt algoritmus-módosításai több ilyen esetet is érintettek. A mélyebb pont az, hogy egyetlen betű nem tud mindent kódolni egy élelmiszerről, és ha úgy kezeljük, mintha tudna, az inkább visszaélés, mint hiba.
Mit jelent jogilag egy egészségügyi állítás
Az EU-ban a táplálkozási és egészségügyi állításokat szabályozzák: csak az engedélyezett állítások jelenhetnek meg, amelyek elfogadott bizonyítékalapra épülnek, és mindegyikhez konkrét használati feltételek kapcsolódnak. A "Hozzájárul a normál immunfunkcióhoz" egy engedélyezett kifejezés, amelynek meghatározott alapja van, nem marketing szöveg.
Ami nincs szabályozva, az minden, ami körülötte van — képek, származási nyelv és olyan kifejezések, mint a "természetes" vagy a "jótékony". A szabályozott állítás gyakran a legkevésbé félrevezető megfogalmazás a csomagoláson.
